Delegations will find in the Annex the text of the European handbook on how to issue a European Arrest Warrant revised accordingly to these Council Conclusions.
The aim of this publication is to provide guidelines for the adoption of good practice in the light of experience acquired, while supplying the competent judges and prosecutors with specific information on how EAW forms should ideally be filled in.
