London „internet policy“ angers many

London, UK – London police started popping up signs in shops and internet shops around London warning people of accessing "extremist" material while online.

[fromtheold.com] Like in the United States where just about anything from taking photos to joining a group that does not agree with government can land you in jail this poster does not really make it clear who is "extreme" or not.

They also go further to say that downloading certain material could constitute a criminal offense but fail to mention what kind of material.

We all know that child pornography is illegal but how about downloading extreme religious content or things that disagree with government. Will that get you arrested in the UK?

The United Kingdom is now with the other anti camera friendly countries in the world and their internet might soon become like their streets are.
